Our Vision

Project Tetra invests in families to build communities

Project Tetra takes a holistic look at vulnerable families needs and addresses them in order of priority, starting with local employment and secure housing. We build a three year program ensuring the families have time to create meaningful and sustainable changes that secure their futures.

  • Employment

    Long term career sustainability and satisfaction

  • Housing

    Access to stable, affordable housing

  • Training

    Skills to secure and maintain employment

The areas for goal setting are;

  • Employment, into areas of local industry and skill shortages for long term career satisfaction.

  • Education and training, upskilling. Vocational training, work skills, traineeships etc

  • Health and Wellbeing – this is forefront throughout the entire process and will be supported with specific, external mental health professionals along with the Tetra team.

  • Finance – Financial literacy and budgeting

  • Community – integration into school, sporting clubs, playgroups, social and other opportunities for all family members.

We work with the individuals to assess their strengths and identify their goals. Once these goals are set, we commit to a plan and therefore a tangible, measurable path forward.
